Chapter 1 It has been 4 months since people first started spotting dragons. It started with rumors about how some kid that some other kid knew was walking in the woods and saw something large fly overhead. Then people caught videos of dragons flying, hunting, and sleeping. Hi everyone! You can call me Josh. Joshua Louis Redmond is my full human name. Or, I also go by Ayreth, which is my dragon name. I know, it’s a little confusing, but what can I do?
2. Do you know why you were named that?
Joshua? Not really. I think it’s from the Bible or something. I guess my parents liked it. As for Ayreth, the name came to me in a dream after I first transformed into a dragon. I don’t know how I thought of it, but I like it.

I woke up to the sound of a screaming alarm clock. It was Saturday, and is the first day of winter break. I ate my breakfast, and put my coats on. Thoughts on graduation
I started writing this in the footer of my most recent "Dragon Dreams" chapter, but I just started going on and on so I thought I would go ahead and make a journal of it.
It's been a month since I posted a chapter, so I thought I would finally get this next one published. Today also happens to be the day I graduated college, so it's been a fun day and also one full of reflection on things I've accomplished. I think writing has been a really valuable undertaking for me, and although I haven't finished this story yet, I still feel a sense of accomplishment when I look at how much I've done.
